Then we’ll prepare a detailed on-site proposal for your project.

We don’t give an estimated quote for a job, because we don’t send out a salesperson to the site… Instead, we’ll have a very experienced tradesperson go to the site for inspection. He will inspect the site thoroughly in order to identify all the necessary work that needs to be done and any potential problems or issues. • Our senior staff have combined experience of 115 years ! With such extensive experience, you can rest assured that we are capable of resolving any unforeseeable problems or issues that arise during the course of the project in the most effective and efficient way.

• Weekly update on the progress of your project – You’ll be fully informed of the progress of your project every week. You’ll also be notified immediately of any problems or issues that arise during the course of the project.

• Minimum interruption during the entire course of the project – As a minimum, we’ll perform our work to ensure such that the daily operations of the premises will NOT be interrupted. In addition, we will ensure that the roof will NOT be left open overnight or in the rain. We will only uncover the amount of metal sheets that we can replace quickly with new metal sheets by the end of each working day, or in the event of rain.

• Absolute cleanliness of the site – We have a policy of cleaning the site at the end of each working day. The rubbish will be neatly piled in a corner and removed completely at the end of the project.

• Full responsibility and insurance coverage on all tradespeople – We will take full responsibility for the safety of all the tradespeople working at the site. All the tradespeople are fully insured and need to comply with our safety procedures. In addition, since we only use our own employees for all the sheet metal work, there will not be any argument about who is to blame should any incident happen during the course of the project. We will be the only company responsible.
